The problem with rapid cycling is you just never know where you're going to be. You can't make plans. You can't be sure of anything. It's all up in the air, literally from minute to minute. You may be on top of the world at noon, feeling like you can conquer the universe and everything you do is brilliant. By 1, that whole universe has collapsed, and you are left at the bottom, feeling worthless and wondering why you even try. It never works out. Goals. Impossible. You never know who you are going to be, what you will think, how you will feel. This is life in a blender, blades spinning non-stop. You know you have to keep going, but you scarcely know what for.
