I haven't slept well this week and it's catching up with me. I felt great mentally all week but today I'm an emotional wreck. I'm just going to take it easy today, read if I can concentrate. I'm finishing up Duma Key by Stephen King. So far I really like it. I have another stack of books waiting on me when I finish it. Reading is my drug, my escape from reality. When I can concentrate, at least.
The night before last my son did something very odd. It was the middle of the night and he started running from the closet to the bed, back and forth. His eyes were open but he didn't respond to any of my questions about what he was doing. Then he broke down crying and went back to bed. He has suffered from night terrors since he was a toddler but usually that just consists of him crying and yelling in his sleep. This is the first time I've seen him do the running thing. I'll be sure to bring it up with his doctor. It was kind of creepy.

I had Night Terrors as a kid too. That sounds like he might have been sleep walking. Strange to be running though. I love reading too. I started a new Anti psychotic med last month and I've been doing a lot of reading recently as I get used to it.
Hopefully you will have success with your new med.
I'm no expert, but it does sound like sleep walking.
See what the Doctor thinks.
All the best Jan
That's what I'm thinking too.
Oh that is creepy. My nephew sleep walks and it was scary when he was little sleeping on a second story. Luckily, he's grown out of it. But the sleep terrors make it even worse I'm sure.
I've been participating in a horror photo challenge on Isntagram and it's helped me uncover a lot of horror books I didn't even know I had so I'm hoping to try a few of those this week.
